"There are dozens of plumbers listed in the area and you never know if they are honest and competent. I got really lucky by choosing Dr Drain. I had an urgent issue with my shower faucet leaking and spraying water into the wall behind the shower. I had to turn off the water shutoff for the house. The first plumber I called estimated a repair cost of $900. I decided against them and called Dr Drain. The receptionist, April was very nice, professional, and understood the urgency of my problem. She promised to have someone here in a few hours. As promised, Ryan showed up and listened carefully as I explained my problem. It took him about 2 minutes to see what the problem was and proceeded with the repair. He didn’t try to sell me parts that I didn’t need. Total repair cost was $200. I highly recommend Dr Drain because of their honesty, competence and fair prices. I would definitely use them again."
